The Nestling Wood subdivision is a well-located, pleasant neighborhood with lovely homes. Most lots are 1 acre or less. It is easily accessible to a Rt 80 commute, and not bad via Rt 78 . Bus commute is 1/12 hr to NY, and train commute is about 1 hr. Prices and taxes are moderate for the area. Schools are highly rated. Excellent recreation facilities and programs abound. A beautiful library is within a few miles of the subdivision. I live in Long Valley, Washington Twp., Morris County, the location of this subdivision. If you need a realtor, I am an award-winning veteran agent and will guarantee top-notch service.
