Rossmoor is a TERRIFIC 55 and over community. Prices are VERY reasonable starting at 47,500 for 2 bedroom and 1 full bath second floor co-op to a $299,900 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo. (there are condos and co-ops.)

Amenities include: Arts &Crafts Facility, Bocci, Billiard Room, Clubhouse, Community Bus, Community Room, Exercise Room, 18 Hole gokf course, Outdoor Pool, Security Gate, Security Patrol, Shuffel Board, Tennis Courts, Health care facility, communitu busses, numerous clubs/organizations. There is a one time application fee and the monthly maintenance fee covers just about everything except electric (which I was told runs from $100-$200/month depending on the size of your unit.)

I just showed some units to another of my clients and they took a little tour of the community. Here's what they said:

After you left the other day, we visited the clubhouse. It is absolutely beautiful. Many residents were there playing cards, attending a meeting in the Grand Ballroom, even one gentleman playing the baby grand in an elaborately decorated front room. We met four or five different very happy people. A man named Steve took us on a tour. Another woman told us about an upcoming theatre trip. We even got a quick lesson on making stained glass panels. They have a computer room where residents can receive lessons and a Wii room. We were quite impressed, the clubhouse was definitely a selling point. Steve toldus that living at Rossmoor was like being on vacation every day.
