Assist seller's and buyer's in the sale or purchase of their primary home. My philosophy is to give people advice and let them make their own best decisions. I discuss with buyer's when a home is overpriced, what work the home needs, neighborhood characteristics, resale value, etc. For seller's my task is to offer advice on presenting their home to it's best advantage, discussing comparable properties, pricing advice, navigating offers through to a closed sale, etc. I am there for both seller's and buyer's every step of the way and offer great attention to detail and advice that comes from selling multi-millions of dollars worth of real estate for over 15 years.

Managed multiple stores in Maryland, Virginia and Connecticut back when Kmart was what Wal-mart is today. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training supervising all staff. Responsible for profit, loss, and all facets of the softlines half of Kmart stores including womens, mens, boy's, girls, toddler's clothing, hosiery, jewelry and home fashions (bedding, bath, windows fashions, etc.). Oversaw the closing of old, locations and the opening of new locations.
