""The firm of United Architects (UA), and its principal, Maria Luisa Castellanos, R.A., designed a new front facade to our Coral Gables house, modernizing its 1950's look, and enlarging the master bathroom by incorporating an adjacent bathroom. UA handled everything relating to the construction, from the preliminary designs to installation of landscaping. Ms. Castellanos designed a modern and beautiful front façade, combining classical cast stone columns with pedestals and planters, extending a portion of our front porch and roof, and incorporating it into a new brick driveway. She attended the Board of Architect meetings, developed the contract documents, handled the bidding process with several contractors, supervised the construction, and reviewed the payments to the contractors. All was done in a professional and timely manner. We were always informed on her, and the contractor's, progress. As a result, we were extremely pleased with the work and the service.""
