My husband has a couple of year round rental properties right here in Kdh, as far as I know we have 2 available right now and a 3 bedroom home too. The apartment that looks out towards the beach I believe is $1000 a month... call him, Gordon Blanchard 252 305 9372, his mum's website is http://www.BettieBlanchard.com she is a realtor for Village Realty, and the family are born and bread Outer Bankers, I am sure we can help! Check out Craigslist for the house on Windjammer st, Nags Head for the 3 bed 2.5 bath home, it has private yard and a gorgeous hot tub too!
