Quick answers, Pets are allowed with restrictions (you would need to see the condo docs. for restrictions), Yes there are two parking spaces and there is no open house listed for this weekend
Other considerations:
This is being sold by the owner and not with the full service assistance of a listing agent.
Association Fees are $400/mo that includes heat and hot water along with the other usual common expenses.

7 Harriett is still available. It does not seem to be bank owned or a short sale. If you are interested, contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.

The City assessment has nothing to do with the current market value of the home. How much the bank will lend is established by having a professional appraisal done. If you plan on buying some one out you should either split the cost of having an appraisal done or both have your own appraisal done and go from there.
