Lynn is an amazing agent. When I met her, I had been working with another agent for months who just didn’t get me. I had seen over 30 houses and was just fed up and about to give up on finding a house to buy. Within a very short time, Lynn showed me a few houses which were exactly within my criteria. She found my present home, did a great job at negotiating the price and 3 weeks later we were at closing! The reason everything happened in such a timely manner is that Lynn was always easy to reach and very responsive. She really paid attention to exactly what I wanted, and most importantly, how much I could afford to pay. She was very knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, schools, features of the houses/properties. Most importantly, Lynn had the patience and personality to deal with my frustration with the exhausting buying process. Looking at house after house could be intolerable with some agents but with Lynn it was actually FUN! Her sense of humor and candid honesty was refreshing. She found the house of my dreams with everything I wanted and more, but due to my budget, it was in a neighborhood I initially refused to consider. Lynn convinced me to trust her judgment as she believed it was an up and coming area. This woman knows her business! I have been living here for 8 years and I LOVE IT!
