Lynn E. Williams

"When we first met Lynn we were on a fact-finding trip trying to find a community we would like to move to from California. We travelled from the Pacific Ocean to Tulsa, Oklahoma along the I-40 corridor. When we stopped in a town we went to a realty office to talk to an agent about the area and if they could give us some properties that were for sale so that we could look at their curb appeal and scout out the neighborhood to see if we would like to live there. In October of 2006 we arrived in Rio Rancho and found a realty and an agent to talk with. Lynn took an intrest in our adventure and asked a lot of questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. During our conversation we discovered many same likes and places where we grew up or lived. After about an hour of talking and getting places to see we left and did our searching of the area. In February of 2007 we returned to New Mexico and had decided to move to the Rio Rancho area. Of course we weren't sure of the realtor we talked to so we went to the first office we saw. When we went inside and looked at the agent's cards we recognized Lynn's name. With a realtor you usually get the impression that you as a person come and go in their minds. Well, Lynn made many points that day when he recognized us and remembered what we were looking for. Since that time we have bought a house from Lynn and have become good friends with him and his wife. Not many people can say that of their realtors. We would definitely recommend Lynn to either sell or buy property for our friends and us again. Lynn is a very honest man and realtor and he would do his very best for his clients.
