My love for real estate started when my husband and I bought a flower shop on Balboa Island using a form we bought at an office supply store. There we sat, negotiating with and helping the old owner finally realize her dream of retirement, and I got to start out as a young woman owning my first business. It hit me at that moment how powerful buying and selling real estate could be and how it could change lives. Four years later it was time for a change and there I sat negotiating and selling a business. This time, however, I was on the other side of the table. The real estate agent we acquired was not meeting our needs and made us feel insignificant. So, once again, it was up to us to do the negotiating, nurturing, and planning to see the deal through to completion. It was challenging but very rewarding and from that moment on I was hooked. Selling the flower shop allowed my husband and I to fulfill our dream of moving to the mountains to "get away from it all" and start a whole new life.
Shortly after this experience the market peeked and I was led to start buying and selling investment properties. I came quickly to the conclusion that I needed to get my real estate license so I could provide the customer care that was so sorely lacking. It has become my sole purpose since acquiring my license to help people the way I wished I would have been helped during that time

I make it a priority to stay on top of the market by being out in the field daily previewing what is new on the market and researching the trends and data, I then pass that knowledge on to you in whichever way you feel most comfortable i.e.; web based technologies, email, text, and also that good old fashioned phone call or face to face meeting. I always try to make you feel like you are right there with me even when you can’t be. Communication is key in all things and it is my highest priority to find out how much, how often, how you like to be contacted and informed.
My clients have become like family and it has been such an honor to serve them. I make sure my clients feel protected, secure and fully taken care of through the whole process (and even afterward.)
