Your Agent Matters.

It helps to know the right questions when selecting a real estate professional, and here are a few suggestions:

1. What is the current absorption rate in our area?
2. What strategies should I use when competing with other buyers for the same house?
3. Should I be pre-approved by a lender – and can you help me with that?
4. Who selects the homes that I will see?

These are just a few questions you should ask when selecting your agent.
