As Curtis said the home is under contract. It is a lovely home, though it did need some of work. There were some problems with the bulkhead and the wrap around porch needs to be replaced. Inside it 's quite nice. It didn't have bay views but views of the wildlife preserve and direct bay access.
There are many other waterfront properties available in Tuckerton and Little Egg Harbor. Let me know what you're looking for and I can send you some homes to look at.
