"I am writing this letter about the great experience I had with Larry Tollen and The Home Team in the sale of my home.
Larry came to my house and we sat down and he explained to me his strategy plan and ideas for selling my townhouse. Everything was explained in easy to understand language, there was no pressure and Larry is a wonderful person to work with.
I signed the contract on Wednesday, Thursday he came over and took pictures, Friday there was a brochure available with detailing the property, a For Sale sign was put out, Saturday the townhouse was listed on his website. And the best news is, that the following Saturday my house was sold. Larry was there every step of the way, even keeping in contact with me during his son's college graduation. Larry even arranged for some repairs that needed to be done after the house inspection so that was another thing I didn't have to worry about. He sees things through from start to finish.
