"My experience with LaNita was excellent. I did a short sale of my Condo with LaNita. She put my Condo on the market in December 2010 and had a buyer six months later. Lanita kept me posted with everything that she was doing even conversing with me about the price to sale. I did not have to anything. Lanita did it all. She came in and took photos of the property and posted the pictures. The selling of the property was good timing. (God is Good). Some houses stay on the market for more than a year. Mine sold in six months. Lanita did a great job. She explained everything to me about what the short sale. I would recommend Lanita to anyone who would need an agent. When mine was finally over, I did tell two people about Lanita and how great she was. Thanks againg Lanita for all your help"
