"We met Jeero and Cecy of the Glencrest Team after responding to an ad for a little house we were interested in. We decided to do a home inspection on the little house and the inspection turned up some issues that we didn't feel ready to deal with. Cecy and Jeero were wonderful in helping me "think through" the issues, and turning this house down and beginning our search for another (my husband was abroad at the time, and I really needed to rely on them for this difficult decision). Altogether, we must have looked at about 30 houses. I always felt like the Glencreast Team was working with us, living up to their name as a team, and helping us find the home that would be best for us. No home was too inexpensive or an area "out-of-bounds." They were knowledgable about all the areas we were interested in from Burbank to La Canada. Finally, when we found a home that we really liked, they helped us work out a difficult situation in purchasing the house. A lot of agents would have simply given up or not known what to do, but because of Jeero's contacts within the community and his long history in the local real estate business, he was able to smooth over the transaction and we got the house of our dreams! I have highly recommended Jeero and Cecy to our friends and relatives. I feel we not only met a great real estate team, but we also have two new friends!"

We found our experience with Jeero to be exceptional. He made suggestions as to what we should do to make the house more appealing to buyers. He listened to us as to what our needs were and was not pushy or overbearing but at the same time encouraged us to keep moving forward. Since we lived 100 miles away he kept an eye on the property for us. He even came over and raked leaves to help with some of the clean up. He held a couple of open houses for us. He had flyers with pictures and placed the listing on the internet. He did everything he said he would. The house was listed in January and sold in March of 2008. Jeero was in constant contact with us during the process. I would use the Glencrest Team again and I highly recommend Jeero."
