Patricia: this property is located in San Carlos Its about 15 miles from the beach of Fort Myers Beach. This area is pretty nice, a bit of a hit or miss mix depending on the street..Strong residential area well located off US 41 between Ft Myers and estero-Bonita Springs. This home is no longer available in the MLS. Its a good location. Either way for that price you can do better.

Jasmine: on second look there are a few others interesting other properties for sale at Hawks Preserve at $104,900 and $109,000.They are both short sales. The first one was build in 2006 with 3/2 and 2003 square feet 2 car garage. I am familiar with this community. Its actually a quick ride to the downtown Fort Myers.

As far as the MLS is concerned this property is not available.The best deal so far is at $110,000 at Nature Pointe for a 2005 very good looking concrete home with 3/2 and 1993 SF.Its a short sale.
