I know exactly how you feel. Imagine being in our shoes, as an agent trying to get out buyers offer accepted, time an time again getting a "bank accepted a higher bid" or "bank went with a cash offer".
It all comes down to establishing a good relationship with a single Realtor, who will learn exactly what you want, becomes your eyes and ears locally and who will continually do the search for you.
Currently I am doing that for two couples one from England and one from Canada. I go look at the home, if it meets their likes...contact them and write an offer. It is just a waiting game, for the right home to hit the market.
