Can someone recommend a builder who wants to rent a single town home with option to buy or know of a rent to own house in Elk River?

I'm an agent here in Elk River. In short, it is tough to find a rent to own townhome here. I noticed you had previously posted a question about financing after a foreclosure and I'm guessing that avenue didn't pan out. That's unfortunate because the best deals are, in fact, some of the townhomes up here that are being sold on the cheap.
