Kelli really cared for me every step of the way in finding the perfect home for my son and myself. She listened to exactly what I wanted in my new home, even remembering where I said I would put my Christmas tree when I did find the perfect home! She did not waste my time with showing me houses that did not fit what I was looking for. She offered her time to me for entire weekends for a couple months while I was very picky and indecisive. Kelli continues to follow up with me to this day, asking about my son and if we need anything for our new home. I will recommend Kelli to any friends or associates that I have that are in need of a great representative in searching for a new home.

Kelli did a LOT of work for us, and helped us at every step. She got to know us and our tastes, and made good recommendations to help find us a home. She has been extremely patient, as we seem to have very specific tastes and requirements in a home. We must have seen 28 houses, and she was ready to show us more! We truly appreciated this, rather than trying to run us through the mill as fast as possible. Kelli gave us very personable, flexible service, that we don't feel one would expect from just anyone. We recommend her, and have recommended her to our friends and co-workers.

After having a home on the market for over eight months, with little buyer interest, my wife and I decided to make a change. Kelli Chabot was a name we had heard several times by friends and colleagues as a realtor who would “get the job done”. Little did we know just how good she was! After signing with Kelli the results were immediate. Prospective buyers began frequently viewing the home. Inquiries were coming in daily. In a short time, with Kelli guiding the process, our home sold. What a relief! I am very thankful that we found a realtor who aggressively marketed our home in a manner that made it as stress free as possible. Kelli’s knowledge, communication skills, and tireless efforts made all the difference. She is the best!
