The current fees here are 160 /month. You would have to carry your own insurance on the property since it is a townhome. I have been unable to confirm if there are any currently upcoming assessments. This particular unit is now under contract the next price of 76,000 is also under contract. The next price is 82,000 and is available. The 82,000 unit is a foreclosure. The insurance would probably run you approximately 1500/year. Sometimes that may vary with credit and various things from person to person. The taxes would run around 400/year for a homesteaded property and double that for an inestment. The condition of this foreclosure unit seems to be fair. It is difficult to tell just by the pictures.
