Alzheimers and Prostate Cancer have & are affecting our families - so that is an area I have long supported. A month ago my 31 yr old daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia. Suddenly, this has taken the fore-front in my focus. My husband and I have been on the bone marrow registry for years, but can't help our daughter as a match. We are hoping that a match may be found through the national bone marrow registry http://www.marrow.org/ Just going to your local blood center and giving blood, or being tested for the bone marrow registry could save the life of someone You know and love.
