About:

I moved from Massachusetts to the Daytona Beach area at the beginning of 2003. I did my undergraduate studies at Ithaca College in New York and my graduate work at The University of Massachusetts in Boston. While in Massachusetts, I owned and operated New England’s largest mediation and arbitration company, settling lawsuits out of court. The negotiation and sales experience that I received in third party dispute resolution has led to an easy transition into a career in Real Estate.

Hi Michele.
Do you mean walking in with a briefcase or envelop of cash money, not a cashiers check? That is a very interesting question. I have never seen it done and think most title companies and/or closing attorneys would have an issue with that. I'll be curious to see the other answers you recieve.
