That property is in the very desireable subdivision of the Villages of Royal Palm. Phil is right about the HOA fees. The Villages of Royal Palm bills itself as a no maintenance subdivision where "everything" is taken care of for the homeowner. Therefore the fees there are higher than most other subdivisions of its kind.
The property that you asked about is a townhome - an attached dwelling. There is another one available, slightly larger, in the same subdivision and it is a private sale for just a bit more money. Single homes in the subdivision start around $250,000. Here is a link for 2 other properties there.
