"I moved to Atlanta in August of 2006. I was referred to Julie by an agent that I know and trust in Dallas. I have bought four homes and sold three in my life. I rate Julie as the most knowledgeable, professional and conscientious agent with whom I have worked. Julie is the only agent I've ever enthusiastically recommended. In touring houses that I considered purchasing, I found Julie has a remarkable eye for detail. She is very quick to spot upgrades that have been made and those that should have been made to make a house marketable. I did not buy my first choice in a home because Julie knew about and was able to explain an issue with Loisiana-Pacific siding that would have cost $30,000 to fix. I did not buy my second choice in a home because of Julie's knowledge of the population growth and diversity trends of the metro-Atlanta area and her ability to quickly understand my personality and needs. At the time I did purchase my home I had some regrets about not buying my second choice house. Having been in my home for six months and having learned more about the area, I have become deeply appreciative of Julie's knowledge and instincts. I now know, without a doubt, that the house I did purchase makes me significantly happier than the house she advised against ever could. Julie is also a very shrewd negotiator. When writing a contract we discussed what was important to me. What upgrades I wanted to make myself, because I like the challenge, and what upgrades needed to be made by the seller. She was quick to point out things I never would have considered. I have been extremely happy with the deal we reached. Julie and I worked quickly but I was never rushed. We talked about houses honestly but professionally. I enjoyed every aspect of my home buying experience. I hope to stay where I am for a long time but when I do move again I will call Julie."

"After my home had been on the market for over 6 months with absolutely no offers, I thankfully found Julie! I had listed the property with two previous realtors, and after very little to no activity, I was told the same thing over and over again – ‘The market is just terrible right now and you’ll probably have to wait it out for at least a few more months.’ I was desperate to sell before my upcoming wedding, and renting it out was not an option due to the restrictions of the HOA. "I worked with Julie to both sell and buy a house in 2007. I knew her as a neighbor but decided to interview other agents as well. Hands down, there was no comparison in her skills, energy and passion for selling homes. After interviewing 5 other agents we went with her. We were in a difficult situation because I have a medically fragile daughter and I am often unavailable as I stay in the hospital with her when she is admitted. Julie made everything so easy! She faxed or emailed all the paperwork, phone calls were short and sweet, and nothing seemed to get in our way of selling our home! When it came to buying our new home, again…Julie made everything so easy. She was able to tell me the “downside” to every house I liked without having to actually go to the house. When I finally got my list of favorites, we went out and moved quickly through the list and I found my home in 1 day! She was great about reminding me not to settle or to “make it work” if it wasn’t right for me. My experience with Julie was so fantastic; I recommended that my brother use her as well.
