I don't think anyone in this market is really going that root, but there remains the constant tug of what market value is. In my opinion values are still higher than asking prices, but getting the buyers and renters to agree has been the challenge. We've definitely got a renter inventory shortage which causes prices to be higher. In a lot of cases in Williamsburg it costs more to rent than own. I am not sure you will easily find what you are looking for at that price heading into the prime season.
