"Jillian and James Batchelor were a DYNAMIC DUO. The husband and wife team helped myself and my wife buy a high rise unit and a house in Summerlin, after we looked at what felt like 100's of properties. "Jillian was great ! After working with another realtor for over a year, without any results I was so discouraged. I put 18 offers in and not one was accepted. Then, I found Jillian ! I had been looking at some homes online and asked if she could show me the one I REALLY liked. She made an appointment to meet me there 2 hours later. I fell in love with the home and told her I was sure this was the one. She called the listing agent and negotiated back and forth until they accepted my offer. We literally look at one home and she made it happen. Jillian is extremely knowledgable about the entire real estate process, and is always available to answer any questions. Throughout this entire process I would email her or call her and she would get right back to me with a real answer. Also, not only Jillian but her husband James as well, are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of for their clients. I would definately recomend them to anyone !"
