Mia, I read the first sentence and stopped. That is not what Juan was asking. He needs a co-signer now. This has nothing to do with terms at a later date. Just a FYI.
The next one... Huh? Very confusing indeed. This buyer is saying something very easy. The want a larger valued home than what they were approved for. So they need a co-signer. The question is then, if they get a co-signer, does this raise their rate. Again, simple, not complex. If I sound like a ..... it's because some people make this more difficult than it should be. And realtors should not be answering mortgage questions.
Again, just my opinion, but of someone in this business for 17 + years/
