Joshua Jarvis has been a full time professional Realtor for over 5 years in the metro Atlanta area. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Joshua moved to Gwinnett with his family of three. Joshua is consistently in the top 10% of Realtors in the area.
"Joshua made the whole process so simple. I don't think anyone does business like him - it's like he wasn't just my Realtor, but also a great friend. I hope I meet more people like Joshua in Dacula, GA. I feel like Joshua made my move into a HOME already (as opposed to just a house)."

"Joshua was not pushy, which we loved! We hate to deal with pushy salespeople and Joshua was not. Joshua let us express our likes and dislikes and worked along side us, side by side and FOR US. He seemed to have our best interest at heart for our Sugar Hill, GA home."

"Joshua was very honest and helpful in narrowing down the number of homes we needed to see. Moving from Baton Rouge, LA, was a big step for us. Joshua took care of our move to Sugar Hill, GA... we couldn't be happier."

"Joshua has been a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent for my real estate purchases. I have bought couple of homes through Joshua and I have been very happy with his timely responses. I have also recommended him to couple of my friends who have used him to purchase their homes. Referrals I believe is the best way to show my appreciation for his services in Sugar Hill, GA"

Joshua Jarvis - Georgia Realtor answered:
Stephanie,
Why would you jump into your largest decision financially, without help of a professional!?
Absolutely, get a great full time agent and yes, sign a contract, so that they are contractually obligated to jump when you say jump! - Mon Jun 29 2009, 12:17

Joshua Jarvis - Georgia Realtor answered:
Agents aren't supposed to steer, but low commission means low motivation in most agents books.
Let me ask you - is your home such a fantastic deal that is the single best home in Williamsburg, VA?
If not, the commission isn't the only thing hold you back.
"better than nothing" - this is a laughable statement. I'm actually laughing out loud right now, seriously. As an agent with a buyer to help, unless your home is the best one for them, it's my duty in their best interest to show them something else and your commission (in theory) offering has now become motivation for me to NOT show your home. Buyer's agents get paid as long as the buyer buys a home (and the seller pays a commission) - so other sellers are paying more.
Which home would you take your clients to (remember you are the provider for your family), assuming your home is not the best, one with lower commission or higher.... - Wed Jun 24 2009, 02:53
Joshua Jarvis - Georgia Realtor answered:
Probably missing the 3 acres.
LOL, it's overpriced for our market, but not ridiculous if someone is living in the past.
Math is cool 3 Acres is at least 6 homes. Still too much for the property, but you could see where they were coming from. - Tue Jun 23 2009, 18:45
