About Me
For a real estate agent being licensed is a legal requirement in the state of New York.* But you need more that an agent who is simply licensed. David’s overall experience gives you benefits other agents may not be able to provide.
David has worked in the residential building trade for two over decades. His entry into the residential market was in a family owned painting business in the Connecticut shoreline area. He then moved on to work in other aspects of the building trades.
Over the years David has also purchased, remodeled and sold many homes, including a number in Chautauqua County. This experience gives him a perspective most Realtors don’t possess. David has personally gone through the home search process numerous times both as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer you may be just starting your home search on the web, or by another means. In any case David can assist you.

2 Bedrooms 1 Bath. 980 Square feet. Manufactured in 1977. Lot rent 287/mo. Covers garbage, water and sewer. Buyer covers electric and gas. New plumbing underneath. New deck. Good shape for age. This mobile home is in a small park.

Here is a temporary image of Silver Creek. Not a great image. You could do a Google search. Some vendors will let you view their maps without registering. Or Google the county's gis system.

If you give me the exact address I can verify that it is in that district. The link you have listed has a map. The entire area of that map is in the Silver Creek School District.
