Sorry to hear about your situation, unfortunately it happens all of the time. I think having representation in such a huge transaction is something that can't be stressed enough. And then to be able to get representation with little if no cost seems like a no brainer. So many people who are buyers don't understand the process of the Real Estate Industry. If anyone reading this is looking to buy, PLEASE talk to a Realtor and find someone you are comfortable with to represent you. Let a professional handle the transaction and have someone on YOUR side look out for YOUR best interest!!
