If you're specifically looking in Greenwich, the largest inventory of local homes aren't listed anywhere but on the Greenwich MLS. This means that only agents who are members of that specific MLS can setup a search that will notify you of price changes on ALL homes that match your criteria. Feel free to notify me and I'd be happy to help you with this because I really don't think it's possible for you to do this yourself or modify it w/o the assistance of a member of the Greenwich MLS. - Fri Oct 16 2009, 19:27
