If the home is listed with a Realtor, you can ask the Realtor you are working with to do the research on the number of days on market - DOM. You might also want to have your Realtor check to see if the home had been listed before and check the days on market. Often times in this Buyers Market, homes have been on the market for a long period of time. Within that time, the property may have been relisted. Sometimes with the same company and sometimes not. So make sure your Realtor does the homework. It may help in your negotiations!
