You seem to have a lot of research ahead of you. Since you are looking for a specific type of agent - A top selling buyer's agent that is familiar with foreclosure transactions in the Woodside, Rego Park and Forest Hills area of Queens, may I suggest that you take some of the burden off of yourself and use a referral service.
Referral services are ususally free, and they do the research for you. Once an agent that meets (or exceeds) your qualifications is found, that agent is contacted, briefed on your situation and then he or she contacts you directly. There is no obligation to use that agent if you are unsatified upon meeting him or her, and it can really save you time and trouble interviewing, placing phone calls and going by each agent's sales pitch to make a final choice.
