Those kinds of loans are available, the rates fluctuate.
I have an agent on my team who is an international specialist and is a member of FIABCI
I myself have been an investor for over 20 years and own property in Europe. My database of over 1500 investors with whom I communicate on a regular basis, means I have access to many opportunities that are not listed in the MLS. I can also arrange for bulk REO packages as well. Should you need property management we have a sister compay providing those services. I would welcome a conversation.
