Your best bet is to talk with a professional, experienced, full-time real estate agent that is well versed in the current market conditions and Citrus Heights. The agent will prepare an in depth data analysis of the homes that have most recently Sold within close proximity to your home, and that most closely matches your square footage, year built, acreage and features of your property. This will be presented to you in booklet form that you can keep, with the agent going over every detail of the data, pricing and marketing plans with you personally. We must actually "see" the home before we make a final determination of the best list price to consider, going well beyond just the statistical data we analyze.
