There are plenty of very nice comunnities with lots of amenities in Boca and Delray that aare not mandatory country clubs. So, you can live the lifestyle without the expense. Now, true, they won't include a golf course but there are also public courses which will allow you to get in that occasion round of golf. If you're interested in having those types of home/communities sent to you, just let me know.
