As Dan says, there are too many unknowns. The main question is: Is there anything in writing? If so, what does the contract say?

Beyond that, it sounds as if the seller intended to sell you the mobile home and then either remove it or pay him rent. Sounds as if you agreed to buy it, and then neither moved it nor paid him rent. Your contract should specify whether you were required to either move it or pay rent.
