I live in Kew Gardens Hills, and would be happy to help you. The very first thing you should do is pick a broker. That will simplify your life dramatically. *I* (or they;) will help you determine price, strategy, and preparations as appropriate. All agents are different and almost all are independent contractors, so make sure you pick the best you can find. Avoid the common mistakes of choosing the specific broker because they suggest the highest price or the lowest commission. The best agents tell you what you need to know not what you want to hear (unless they happen to be the same).
