Trulia is eally a Realtor site. You can, however, post your home on Zillow, you can make a video and post on YouTube and a variety of other serch avenues. Be very careful that the info you post is actual and be VERY careful meeting a looker at the property alone. You can download forms that may help you from the TREC or TAR websites. Don't get me wrong, in a market like the one we are in, a Realtor earns their dollar more than ever in multiple ways...and I am a Realtor. But, if you want to try my job and see if you like it, make sure you dot your i's and cross your t's.
