"Payam, is no doubt in my mind the best real estate agent in the area. I have heard many stories of people searching for homes and having non-responsive agents. He followed up with me weekly and closer to my closing date, he contacted me daily by phone or by email, for any question I might have. He always kept a positive outlook even when things looked dismal. We toured every house that he recommended and even houses that I found on the internet through various websites and his own daily locator that automatically emails you when new houses are on the market in your area or a decrease in price, great tool by the way. Buying a house is a stressful experience from many angles, but from my realtor experience it was fantastic.
