Have you thought about contacting the local Senior Center or Craigs List and possibly finding a roommate? Westbourne is such a cute subdivision and the sales there are pretty consistant because the prices are very reasonable since most of the homes are less than 20 years old. There are plenty of places you can move to in the area in a lower tax zone but will not be as new. Trying to find a home in the 50k range may be a little tough though.
