Lee Anne, this is simple...if you seriously are contemplating placing your home on the market, I would suggest finding a good Realtor to give you a market analysis...maybe more than one Realtor.
If you're simply curious and don't feel like wasting a Realtor's time and efforts, I would suggest calling a licensed appraiser.
"market value" and "appraised value" typically differ in some ways but in most markets are relatively close.
