I was told 3 months yesterday on a file that's been submitted. That 3 months starts when they have a complete file, not from the date you've submitted the offer to the listing agent. Be sure to keep an eye on the trustee sale date. The listing agent must request an extension or the bank could foreclose, even though they're reviewing an offer. Good luck!
