No one can accurately predict the housing market . All indicators point to a slow and steady increase in buyer activity in all of Orange County which most likely will translate into home prices stabilizing and eventually rising.
Remember if you save $5,000-$10,000 by waiting but interest rates go up another 1/4 or 1/2 %, what are you saving....? The time to buy really is now.
