There are different contingency periods. Check with your agent if the appraisal contingency was released. There should be a separate appraisal and loan contingency period. Could become tricky because if the only reason the loan is not approved is because it did not appraise, and the appraisal contingency was released. Work with your agent on how to manage this risk.
