"Dave, Yesterday was probably a one-in-a-million chance. I had no idea nor thought something could come together so fast & easy. Thank you sincerely for your professionalism & experience. This just made my life & house shopping a no-brainer. Yesterday was quite the extreme opposite in contrast to what I just went thru since Thursday evening with the other realtor. Being a first time buyer, I can't quite think of anything we left out. But I'm sure questions will arise. If I think of anymore,. I'll be sure to ask. I just want to keep this sale as simple, un-complex, fair & easy for all parties involved. If any questions do arise, please feel free to contact me by whatever means possible. "Dave, My sister is currently selling her home in New Port Richey and does not have a realtor. She is building a house here in Orlando and will be closing at the end of August. My question is, do you know of any Realtors in her area that can help her out? She is concerned that if she goes with a Realtor, they will not get the service you gave us Dave.
