Bonnie Tegge answered:
Hi Verni,
I have a couple of resources from personal experience. Go to Ocwen.com and ClearCapital.com. These are direct to the source without using a service to get to them. I have been working with them for quite a while. - Sat May 23 2009, 11:40

Market comparables mean nothing says a "broker of 25 years."

Bonnie Tegge answered:
Hmmmm, that's a pretty "unique" take. I haven't heard of any lenders loaning over appraised value out here in quite a while! I think you're the one on the right planet! - Tue Mar 31 2009, 13:07
Bonnie Tegge answered:
I always just used a mapping program or MLS driving directions. Also, I tend to use a radial area of a specific distance (usually about 2 miles) to try and find the comps. I hope this helps! - Tue Mar 31 2009, 13:03

Bonnie Tegge answered:
Since I'm not in your area, the best advise I can give you is, Never let the NEGATIVE media coverage or comments get to you. Stay focused on what YOU want and go for it. Make sure you have a GOOD BUSINESS PLAN in place with achievable goals. Take it ONE DAY AT A TIME!
I believe (And I started as the market was changing) that this is the very best market for new agents to learn in. You will sharpen your negotiating skills, learn your contracts inside and out and will learn from the "back to the basics" that some never learned! The VERY BEST WISHES AND PROSPERTY TO YOU (since I really don't think luck has anything to do with it). ;) - Sun Mar 29 2009, 17:23
Bonnie Tegge answered:
Well, to answer nicely instead of buying into your negativity, the ones who are answering desire to assist those who have questions to answer.
Now, let me ask you a question: do you not have something more fulfilling to do with your life than BASH?
Is life so ugly for you that you have to be ugly to others?
