In Punta Gorda there are over 1300 homes, condos, and mobile homes for sale starting as low as $11,000. There are 165 homes for sale for under $100,000. There are 36 homes for sale for under $50,000 with 14 of them being single family homes starting at $29,900. Right now there is a 3 bed, 2 bath, 3 car garage, pool home, with over 1800 square feet, built in 2005, located in a deed restricted community, and has an asking price of just $169,000. Whatever your criteria, there are plenty of excellent deals out there and one might be perfect for you. Do not look back a couple of years from now and say ‘I can’t believe I missed the bottom!’
