There are some beautiful homes available in Bellemont, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Doney Park etc... that all qualify for the USDA Rural Home Loan.
No Down Payment required, no PMI (saves you $100's a month), a lower interest rate and accepts lower credit scores. You would qualify for the $8,000. tax credit and be able to buy the home on your own.
