"Arn has a very mellow demeanor but under that is a Type-A person who gets the job done sparing you the hassles and heartaches. Arn sold the house I had in partnership with an old friend who was getting married and moving out of the area. We gave Arn certain criteria that had to be met to satisfy both of our future needs. Arn came through in flying colors with such ease it didn’t seem to really occur. Next he went about to get my new home.
