REALTOR.COM....There are so many more sites to work on, but from what we've seen, Relator.com responce is about 80% of our internet traffic. We are also invloved with over 75 other sites, but see that 80% is derived from Realto.com, & there open house feature grabs the attention of the browser. Lots of signs. - Wed Jun 17 2009, 06:47

Without getting too personal, A higher co-broke fee, such as 3.5% or 4%, with a total of 6% for the listing will help you more than you know. With 20,000 other Realtors out there in your State, you incourage them to show our listings. Plus, low commissions usually equal low service & poor communications, which is vital in our business. ty - Wed Jun 17 2009, 06:41
