Just tried using your search. When I put in zip codes which I know contain bank owned listings, nothing comes up. Your website is not good. Also, you are violating the rules and terms of use. - Tue May 12 2009, 08:50

Richard,

Your profile indicates that you have never made any postings besides this one. Therefore, I am perplexed as to how and where you "asked about this property before." - Sat May 9 2009, 12:38

who was the owner this property?

Jamarr, I see that you have posted 78 times asking questions regarding ownership of homes. None of us are going to give you these answers on a public forum such as this. Additionally, your profile states that you are a "Real Estate Pro." With that, I would think that you would be able to find this information yourself. - Sat May 9 2009, 12:36

I would not make the overly broad statement that Carol made: "[w]hen you put down more than 20%, the bank will always lend you up to 80% of appraised value." - Thu May 7 2009, 14:51
It sold for $50,000 in 2009 according to the link. Therefore, to me, the bank appraisal seems consistent. What is the problem? The bank did a fair market value appraisal using recent comparable home sales. - Wed May 6 2009, 17:25
